How does Zoom Work?
You can connect to Zoom on a desktop, laptop, tablet or mobile device using the secure video link provided in the email invitation sent by your Relationship Manager and/or authorized Bank personnel.
If you're using a tablet or mobile device, you can download the Zoom Cloud Meetings app to connect.
How does Live Sign Work?
Your Relationship Manager and/or authorized Bank personnel will send you a digital document that you can fill in and sign electronically. You'll receive a Live Sign link which will be sent to the email address you registered with us.
How do I sign up for the Remote Engagement Service?
To sign up for the Remote Engagement Service, please contact your Relationship Manager or visit your nearest branch. Effective 30 September 2024, Remote Engagement Service is available for all existing customers to use without the need to sign a Letter of Authorisation. To use this service, customers must agree to be bound by the Remote Engagement Services Terms of Use outlined under the HSBC Amanah Universal Terms and Conditions during the signing process.
