Get started

For HSBC Amanah deposit account holders, when you enrol for the Telebanking Service, the following would be provided to you at the branch:

  • 6-digit Telebanking Personal Identification Number (TPIN)
  • 10-digit Personal Banking Number (PBN) or your 16-digit credit card number

 

For HSBC Amanah credit card-i holders, all you need is:

  • 6-digit TPIN (You will receive this by mail after your card has been approved)
  • 16-digit Credit Card-i number
     

If you've misplaced or forgotten your TPIN or PBN, please call us on 1300 80 2626 (local calls) or 603-8321 5200(overseas) or visit your nearest HSBC / HSBC Amanah branch to obtain them.
