To open an investment account-i with us on mobile, you'll need to:

  • have at least one active sole HSBC Malaysia or HSBC Amanah current or savings bank account/-i
  • be aged 18 or above
  • have up-to-date personal details registered with us
  • have access to HSBC online banking

Find out how to open an investment account-i with us using the steps below.

1. Log on and go to 'Wealth'.

Log on to the HSBC Malaysia Mobile Banking app and select 'Wealth'.

2. Select 'Get started'.

Tap 'Get started' when you're prompted to begin opening an investment account with us.

3. Check your details.

Review your details and make sure that the information is up to date.

4. Accept the terms and conditions.

Read our terms and conditions, accept them and then press 'Submit application' to complete your application.
