Online Certificate Servicing

 

Online Access to Family Takaful Information

We are pleased to inform you that we have enhanced our Personal Internet Banking service that will enable you to view your takaful coverage online. With effect from 22 November 2010, you can now view information on your Family Takaful plan(s):

 


 

The information available that can help you review your takaful coverage are:

  • Summary of your HSBC Amanah Takaful certificates (i.e. plan type, certificate number , commencement date and covered person name)
  • Plan information (i.e. expiry date, sum covered, correspondence address)
  • Payment information (e.g. payment method and banking account/credit card no., payment frequency, contribution (premium) amount, date of next payment due)
  • Plan coverage (e.g. basic cover, benefit amount)
  • Certificate value (where applicable – unit holding, fund price, fund balance)
  • Contribution allocation (e.g. fund name, % of contribution allocation)

 

Should you have further enquiries on your takaful certificate(s) displayed in your Personal Internet Banking webpage, please call our Takaful Helpdesk at 1-800-88-9659 (Mon – Fri 9:00am to 6:00pm). For Personal Internet Banking access queries, please call our Internet Banking Helpdesk at 03-8321 5400 (HSBC Bank Malaysia Berhad) or 03-8321 5200 (HSBC Amanah Malaysia Berhad).

 

Note: The following Takaful information will not be displayed online until further notice:

  • Takaful Certificates for corporate clients (e.g. Keyman Protector/ Keyman Protector Plus);
  • Takaful cover provided under a master certificate held by the Bank (e.g. Takaful Mortgage Protector, HSBC Anytime Extra Protector);and
  • General Takaful certificates (e.g. Takaful PA Shield, Homeowner Takaful Scheme)

 

If you had participated in a Family Takaful plan but is unable to view online, please visit any of our HSBC Bank or HSBC Amanah branches to update your new National Registration Identification Card number and date of birth records with us in order for us to investigate and to provide you with the access to your Takaful information.
