Export Credit Refinancing or ECR is a scheme begun by Bank Negara Malaysia to promote the export of Malaysian manufactured and agricultural products, and selected primary commodities that have significant value-added components and utilise local indigenous resources.

You may qualify for ECR financing whether you are a Direct Exporter, or a supplier to a Direct Exporter (indirect exporter). We can assist you to ascertain whether you are eligible for access to the scheme.
