Benefits

Multiple Authorised Delegates (ADs)
You can nominate up to 4 ADs to make cash withdrawals at HSBC's ATMs in our 24-hour banking lobbies.

Set Withdrawal Limit
Each AD can be assigned individual withdrawal limits, up to a maximum of RM 5,000 per day.

Limited Access
Your ADs will only be allowed to request full statements, change PIN and select preferred language.

Monitor Usage
As a security measure you can keep track of all transactions conducted by your ADs via your primary account.
