For HSBC Amanah deposit account holders
When you enrol for our Telebanking service, the following will be provided at the branch:
- 6-digit Telebanking Personal Identification Number (TPIN)
- 10-digit Personal Banking Number (PBN) or your 16-digit credit card number
For HSBC Amanah credit card holders
you need is:
- 6-digit TPIN (you will receive this by mail after your credit card has been approved)
- 16-digit credit card number
If you've misplaced or forgotten your TPIN or PBN, please call us on 1300 80 2428 (local calls) or 603-8321 5502(overseas) or visit your nearest HSBC Amanah or HSBC branch to obtain them.
