• Upon Death or Total and Permanent Disability (TPD), Takaful Mortgage Protector will pay the reducing Sum Covered to reduce or settle the outstanding financing amount in one lump sum, to the Bank (Grantee).
• Potential Surplus Distribution if there are no claims at the end of the tenure.

How much cover do you need?

Your coverage amount should cover the outstanding home financing amount.

Who can participate in Takaful Mortgage Protector?

Takaful Mortgage Protector is offered exclusively to Home Financing-i customers aged between 18 to 65 years old.
